What the service is

DOT Sentinel re-reads the public FMCSA record of one carrier's operating authority each day, emails you when it changes, and reminds you before its publicly listed MCS-150 due date. It is a convenience aid — you remain responsible for actually filing at FMCSA.gov. We are independent and not affiliated with FMCSA, the U.S. DOT, or any government agency.

No guarantee

Alerts and reminders are provided on a best-effort, "as is" basis. We rely on FMCSA's public data, which may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and on email delivery, which can fail. We are not liable for a missed filing, a lapsed operating authority, or any resulting loss. Always verify your status directly at FMCSA.gov. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Price, cancellation & refunds

DOT Sentinel costs $149/year, or $19/month if you prefer to pay monthly. Billing is handled by Stripe. One subscription watches one carrier's operating authority. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your paid period. Not satisfied? Email us within 30 days of a charge for a full refund.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service unlawfully, don't abuse or attempt to disrupt it, and only submit carrier records you're authorized to manage.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Continued use means acceptance.
